GDSC's recruitment was broken. Deadlines buried in Instagram stories. Test links lost in flooded WhatsApp groups. Students jumping between Notion, LeetCode, and separate forms for every domain with no way to track where they stood. Most dropped off before finishing their first round. On the recruiter side, scheduling interviews meant calling candidates one by one. I designed one platform to fix both sides.
I led the 0 to 1 design of the platform-starting with user research and core flows, and driving it all the way to the final UI and developer handoff.

Overview
GDG On Campus JSS recruitment was fragmented across 5+ disconnected tools - Instagram, Google Forms, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and external platforms. This created 25% candidate drop-off from missed deadlines and zero application transparency, while recruiters spent 40% of their time on manual coordination instead of evaluating talent. The result: talented students eliminated by tooling.
